Our on the job training programme has been specifically designed to provide candidates with the foundations they need to succeed in our industry.

Who can apply?

We welcome 4-6 Trainee Accountants into our team in March each year. Our successful candidates have come from varying backgrounds, including:

Secondary School students who are due to complete Year 12/13

University Students who have started studying towards, or completed, a qualification in Accountancy or Business

Individuals looking for a career change or returning to work after having a family

After this period, applications will be shortlisted and the interview process will begin.

The start date for successful candidates will be in March the following year.
