With a range of options including a large seminar room, boardroom, and smaller meeting rooms, we will help you find the ideal space to suit your needs.
Complimentary use of our rooms is available to Campbell Tyson clients for occasional meetings. If you require repeat bookings on a regular basis, please contact us to discuss as charges may apply.

Welcoming Guests
Upon arrival, all guests will be welcomed by our reception team, who are happy to direct your attendees to your meeting room. If your meeting guests arrive prior to the meeting start time, they are welcome to wait in our client lounge area.

Levels 3, 3A or 4
Pukekohe Plaza Carpark
The Campbell Tyson Business Centre is located within the Pukekohe Plaza building. As part of your room hire you are welcome to park on level 3, level 3A or level 4 of the Pukekohe Plaza Carpark. There is vehicle access off Wesley Street and Devon Lane.
Please ensure all participants are notified of parking arrangements prior to your meeting date. We ask that you do not park on Level 2A, 2B or outside the front of the building. These are allocated parking spaces, and you will be asked to move.
Mobility Parking
Mobility parking is available out the front in the Wesley Street carpark or on level 2 of the Pukekohe Plaza carpark.

Our standard hours are:

8.00am – 12.30pmOutside standard hours: If you would like to request access outside our standard hours above, our team will confirm availability and extra charges during the booking process. Please note that access outside of our standard hours will not always be possible.
Booking periods: To ensure a smooth and stress-free day for all business centre users, you will only be able to utilise the meeting room for the time period you have booked. If you know you will require extra time to set up or pack down, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure we can accommodate this.

We do not have on-site IT technicians available, but our reception team are familiar with our meeting room set up. If you plan to connect to our screens with your laptop, we recommend arranging your meeting room hire time 15 minutes prior, this will allow time for set up and testing before your event officially starts.

We can arrange a muffin and scone platter for an additional $9.50 + GST per person. This must be confirmed at least 3 working days before your booking date.
You are also welcome to bring your own food onsite or arrange external catering. We often use and can recommend the local caterers listed below. Depending on the amount of food required, some are happy to deliver it here on the day.
We do not have any cooking or heating facilities, therefore please ensure food has been cooked and heated prior to arriving.

Welcoming Guests
Upon arrival, all guests will be welcomed by our reception team, who are happy to direct your attendees to your meeting room. If your meeting guests arrive prior to the meeting start time, they are welcome to wait in our client lounge area.
Break times
You are welcome to use our client lounge area and small kitchen space for morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea breaks. We just ask that you please leave it as clean and tidy as you found it, ensuring any rubbish, leftover food and dishes are removed.Please note, our client lounge space cannot be booked for exclusive use therefore our team, clients and other guests may also be using the space at the same time.

We will send an invoice to your preferred email address upon receipt of your signed booking agreement. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received. Payments can be made via Direct Debit or Credit Card/Eftpos.
Please notify us of cancellations as soon as possible. Charges may apply if you do not notify us within 48 hours prior to your booking.

Please ensure all participants of your meeting have seen a copy of our CT Emergency Evacuation Procedure (sent with booking information).
All participants of your meeting must sign the visitor registration form on arrival. If you are not attending the meeting yourself, please assign a person to take responsibility for your group in the event of an evacuation. They must ensure the group safely reach the meeting point in car park 5 and make themselves known to the Head Warden, confirming everyone has left the building safely.
For larger gatherings in the Seminar Room, one of our staff will do a brief health and safety talk prior to the start of your meeting. Please notify our reception staff once you are confident everyone has arrived.

You can access the Pukekohe Plaza Carpark Building from Wesley Street or Devon Lane.
Drive up the carpark ramps until you reach level 3, 3A or 4, where you are welcome to park (look for blue signs).
You will then walk down the carpark stairs to level 2, and across to the business centre.
The Campbell Tyson reception desk will be through the glass doors to your right.
