Terms and Conditions.

1.0 Public Workshops and Seminars

1.1 Event dates and facilitators are occasionally subject to change. Should this occur, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as practicable.

1.2 Should an event fail to attract a minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

1.3 All registrations must be confirmed by email and the event fees must be paid prior to commencement of training; an invoice will be emailed.

1.4 All cancellations must be notified by email. If the cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to training, you may not be eligible for a refund.

1.5 Failure to attend the event will incur the full fee with no refund.

1.6 If you cannot attend the event due to exceptional circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible. Qualification for refunds (full or partial) or rescheduling will be at our discretion.

1.7 While we do our best to monitor conflicts of interest, our public events will involve multiple businesses. While sharing information makes for a successful educational experience for all, please take caution with commercially sensitive information.

Advice provided in Public Workshops and Seminar Events is of general nature and we recommend getting specific advice for your individual circumstances. 2.0 One-on-one Workshop and Coaching Sessions

2.1 All registrations need to be confirmed by email.

2.2 Workshop and coaching fees must be paid prior to commencement of the session; an invoice will be emailed.

2.3 All cancellations must be notified by email. If the cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the workshop or coaching session date, you may not be eligible for a refund.

2.4 Failure to attend the workshop or coaching session will incur the full fee with no refund.

2.5 If you cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible. Qualification for refunds (full or partial) or rescheduling will be at our discretion.

2.6 If rescheduling of the workshop or coaching session is required by the client and the new date is scheduled within 30 days of the original booking, fees will be transferred to this date.
